Youth Counselling
We offer counselling to young people from our main office in Wokingham, rooms at Woodley Oakwood centre, and have our youth counsellors based at 5 GP surgeries accross the borough, at a range of times to suit you, Monday through to Friday
Adult Counselling
We offer support for any issue or problem you bring to us and we will provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
School Counselling
ARC Counselling offers a client-centred, BACP accredited counselling service. With many schools in Wokingham now accessing our service.
What We Do
Counselling is where you meet with another person, your counsellor, on a one-to-one basis. He or she will help you to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, so that you can make choices about what you can do to bring about changes in your life.
