As well as offering schools-based counselling, we also offer counselling to young people from our own premises. Sometimes, accessing counselling at school or college may not be for you, or you may not have any service provision.
We offer counselling to young people from our main office in Wokingham at a range of times to suit you, Monday through to Friday. We also offer more limited evening times from centres in Twyford and Woodley .
We offer support for any issue or problem you bring to us and we will provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
All we ask in return is that you make a commitment to attend a weekly session, at the same time and day each week; and that you tell us if, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend your session.

We will not have any face to face appointments available until we reopen. We may have some telephone and online support available, so please email us for details.
We are unable to access our phonelines during the closure so please email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com or send a website enquiry.
Please be aware that we are currently very busy. It may take some time for us to get back to you.
Please be aware we are a small charity and we don’t work on formal referrals from government agencies, the parent/guardian or young person can contact us directly
UPDATE 11.03.20 We are currently running a lengthy waiting list due to an increase demand for counselling for young people
